Confession: I’ve been hiding under the guise of “muggle” for the past twenty-two years, but the time has come to reveal the truth. I’m not a muggle.
Who are the muggles?
They are ones who don’t believe. The ones who choose not to recognize the existence of the extraordinary. The discouragers who try to dissuade us from chasing our dreams because they do not have the courage to try themselves.
Please take a moment to ask yourself,
“Am I a muggle?”
Has the world dulled your fire and turned you cold? Do you have the courage to stand up for what you believe, and to seek your bliss? Are you fighting for those who cannot fight themselves, or are you trying to knock “reality” into the ones whose heads are in the sky and feet have left the ground?
If so, it’s not too late.
You’ve got to hold onto your magic.
Magic hides under the guise of many names, but it does exist.
There is magic and it is called “grace.”
There is magic and it is called “redemption.”
There is magic and it is called “perseverance.”
There is magic and it is called “love.”
There is magic and it is called “kindness.”
We only have this breath of time on this planet. It’s up to you how to spend it.
You may live without the magic of the beauty of the words listed just above.
But is that really living?
Don’t let the muggles get you down, for you have seen magic they’ll never see.
And if you are a muggle, there is magic for you yet.
